Sakinaka is one of the 4 biggest slum chunks in Mumbai, which if developed with proper planning, has the potential to become a major hub for residential and commercial spaces. Sakinaka’s proximity to domestic and international airports, connectivity to the upcoming metro stations makes it the most sort of after location for rebuilding.

We are currently looking at rehabilitating a major chunk of this habitat and make it into an aesthetically well-planned development.
