Q. Will there be a pre-show promotion? What will the media plan be?

Boulevard 2009 will conduct a focused pre-show promotion targeting only a specific group of target consumer in the up market, social and affluent space like high net-worth consumers, NRI, expat, socialites, celebrities etc that indulge / purchase a specific set of brands / products and services. 

Advertising will include outdoor, print, flyers, radio, lifestyle magazines, websites, direct marketing etc. and other relevant mediums for the target audience.

 

Q. Will there be limited merchant participation?

There are many shows where multiple exhibitors of the same category are present. 35 photographers, 15 caterers, 18 decorators, 20-30 travel agents and 25-30 fashion boutiques. Consumers leave the show confused with choices and exhibitors do not generate or reach their sales potential due to too many similar exhibits.

We will have a very strict percentage on categories of merchants in relevant categories for exhibitors to take home an equal share of revenue from the consumer.
